Founder and Principal

Kifah Semaan

Capital assets are won or lost long before the first contract is signed. Kifah Semaan has spent more than twenty years where that happens, and has seen each asset through to the day it opens.

A global capital delivery executive, he has been the execution authority leadership turns to before an investment committee. Through opportunity screening, concept validation and pre-investment diligence, he has carried forward the investments that could be delivered, and filtered out those that were capital-inefficient or carried too much risk.

Then he has seen them through: execution-led feasibility, CapEx realism, delivery strategy and in-country risk, carried end to end through construction to an operating, revenue-generating asset.
